The Saudi Arabian under-12 tennis team was crowned champions of the Gulf Council today. The tournament was held in Bahrain from March 5-9 at the Bahrain Tennis Federation courts in Issa Town, with the participation of all six Gulf teams.

The Saudi team was represented by Elias Algafli of Al-Qarah Club, Sultan and Salman Al-Yami of Eteemad Club, and Anas Al-Zahrani of Al-Nasr Club, led by coach Abdullah Awad.

The Saudi team achieved five consecutive victories, all by a score of 3-0. The team did not lose a single set throughout the tournament, with streak of 30 consecutive sets.

The Saudi falcons clinched the title in the final match by defeating their UAE counterparts after both teams had won four consecutive matches. This victory broke the tie for the top spot in the last day of the tournament.
